Introduction Text Making it Happen!! I AM a QUITTER! ;-) . . . No More Smoking for Me! I have been Breathing Free since March 5, 2008! I'm a Puff away from a Pack a day . . . So it's Important to Me to Commit to my Quit on a Daily Basis . . . . Not One Puff Ever = N.O.P.E. Welcome to my little Space in Spark World :) I've Learned sooooo much about Nutrition, Health and Fitness on this website!! I have come soooo far since I started . . . I AM a work in Progress . . . and I'm Finally seeing something Good . . . :)

To Quit Smoking March 5, 2008 To lose the 10 lbs I gained after quitting. On my way . . . I DID it!! June 16, 2009 =)

To walk 10,000 + steps everyday. To drink 8 ~ 8 oz. glasses of water per day. To stay within my calorie, fat, carbs, fiber and protein (whew!) range and eat my fruits and veggies. Make Healthy choices. To LOL Often! =)

I have been Happily Married to my High School Sweetheart for 32 Years in May 2009!
