My Goals:
To Quit Smoking March 5, 2008

To lose the 10 lbs I gained after quitting.
On my way . . .
I DID it!! June 16, 2009 =)



My Program:
 To walk 10,000 + steps everyday.

To drink 8 ~ 8 oz. glasses of water per day.

To stay within my calorie, fat, carbs, fiber and protein (whew!) range and eat my fruits and veggies.

Make Healthy choices.

To LOL Often! =)
