I have gradually transformed my lifestyle, nutrition, exercise habits and the routines of the entire family. I am now quite close to where I want to be. I've learned a lot during this time and continue to do so as I actively seek to understand nutrition and fitness better in order to make informed decisions. Maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle for good.
My Program:
Nutrition: mostly plant-based; animal protein from fish and seafood only, with a few vegan days every week.
Fitness: Gym (cross trainer, treadmill running, weight lifting) and lap swimming on alternate days. Outdoors running in good weather. Yoga and Pilates on recovery days.
Personal Information:
I live in the UK with my partner and son. Currently I study full time for my PhD in Law.
Other Information:
I'm a nerdy geek interested in politics, law and feminism.
