Peace is my goal.
I can't go one more trip around the sun without making changes for my health. Trying to do things that I will stick with long term. I'd love to connect with anyone who can offer support, friendship, or just a good laugh. Open to an accountability partner to message with... hit me up! Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
To feel comfortable in my own body. To stop the edema in my ankles. To overcome sleep apnea. To prevent diabetes.
My Program:
Motto: One day, once choice at a time.
Water: At least 64 oz. per day
Food:
- Stay within SP calorie range EVERY day.
- Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus good snacks when I'm hungry.
- At least 1 fruits/veggie with EVERY meal.
- Incorporate new options as often as possible to keep it interesting.
- I can eat anything I want, as long as I eat the right amounts in appropriate frequencies to allow me to meet my goals.
Exercise:
- Get up and DO IT!!
- At least 5 workouts per week.
- Get better/consistent at strength training.
