Happy May! Only 3 months away till my camping vacation! Which is the motivation for my new WOE (way of eating). I have been Keto since Feb. 7. Since then, I have lost a total of 45 pounds and counting. My goal is to be 199 or less by August. Mini goals that I need to accomplish is being strict with tracking my macros. Making sure I'm hitting my Fat, protein and carb percentages. To start incorporating strength training and cardio into my week. Also, need to meal prep for the week.
