I need to stop saying I'm going to change and actually start making changes!
Hey! My name is Danielle I'm 40 and live in Ohio, with my amazing husband, 19 yr. old son and 15 yr. old step daughter! I have been away from SP for a very long time and have decided I need it back in my life! Nothing is going to change if I don't change it, so I'm giving it another go! Tired of dealing with health issues and NEED to make a lot of changes. I know the people here are supportive and can help me get back on track, SO here goes nothin'!!

My Goals:
I would like to feel better about myself all the way around!
I need to lose about 80lbs.
And make better choices so hopefully it will help my health issues. I need to get my a** in gear and work towards the goal!

Daily Goals
1.8-10 cups of water.
2. Keep calories between 1200-1600.
3. Exercise- 5 days a wk.- burn 2500 calories weekly.
My Program:
I want to keep my calories between 1200-1500
Drink 8 cups of water each day!
Cardio 5 days a week.
Do some sort of strength training at least 5 times a week!

Danielle~ 36 Yrs.old~ Canton, Ohio~Part time Working Mother and wife!!
Other Information:
I enjoy music and love animals! We have 1 dogs and 2 cats! I LOVE watching sports football & basketball (Browns & Cavs), fantasy football, spending time with my family and I try to be crafty!;-) I am hoping to start a few more hobbies like working out and really learning about nutrition.
