April - 20 pounds down May - 30 pounds down June - 38 pounds down July - 46 pounds down August - 54 pounds down Sept - 62 pounds down Oct - 70 pounds down Nov - 76 pounds down Dec - 82 pounds down Jan '14 - 88 pounds down Feb - 94 pounds down March - 100 pounds down GOAL!!

My eating plan is 1,500 calorie plan including a variety of gluten free whole foods. My exercise plan is to cardio workout 5 times a week and a weights work out 3 times a week weights!

I love nature, and love to spend time hiking, kayaking, camping, snowshoeing, etc. I also love to garden...but I keep it simple and low maintenance because I need plenty of time for summer and winter playtime!
