ONE day at a TIME
Today is the beginning of my journey. Today will not be like yesterday. I'm leaving behind all past mistakes and broken promises.
One day at a time. There will be some missteps and some hard days, yet they will be weathered. All things are possible with faith.

My Goals:
My weight goal is 120
That means 60 pounds to go bye bye bye!
I also want to be fit! For an example: to be able to run up four flights of stairs without wanting to die!
My Program:
Eat well balanced meals
One snack a day
(Not the Whole Cake lol)
Workout six days a week!
for a total of hours a week of exercise
I am taking a two aerobic workout classes starting Feb 1st for one hour mon/frid/ tue/thurs
I am taking an hour long weight training class Pt
tues/ thurs every week
wed/sat workout at home min. 30 min. walking or dvd

I live in baltimore
I was born in raised in DC
Married with three boys
almost men
19 years 15 years and 14 yr.
I enjoy my life
A full time college student
Using time off to get back in shape! Glory!
