    Way to go in regards to your long walk! Did you listen to any good tunes? I've been "down for the count" w/ a sore throat & extreme tiredness...it stinks taking days off...I don't want to fall off what I hope will turn into a routine!

    I tried the stairclimber step mill machine...YOU GOTTA try it! I've never sweated so much in my life! I did that yesterday for 45 minutes AFTER 45 minutes of treadmill on number 4 incline for 45 mins at a speed of 3.4. So, today I did an hour pilates reformer class & my legs were shaking from the stair climber yesterday! I'm hoping to run later on tonight....so you better run today! :) j

    Hi, cruising around the SP website and sharing greetings with SP friends. Hope you are doing well. Hey, I hope you do run the half mile. That would be great. Are you gearing up for it, you know, centering your exercise routine around being prepared and all that? It's like producing a show, 'rehearsing' til you are ready to go on stage.

    I finally established more specific goals for 2010. And overall I am waking up in the morning feeling much better. Far fewer 'crummy' morning wake ups. I think simply drinking more water was the beginning of it all for me.
