Sherrie how are you doing? Like you I am starting again. I came across an old TOPS weight book and in 2007 I weighed in as 190. I have been up to 215. Last week I was 192. I just need to lose those last 30 but I am still trying, 3085 days ago
your looking good! and still headed in the right direction! I started my goal again... I went from 226 to 189 and back up to 213 over the winter.. so I started by on my plan again! FB shows that I started again and so far this week I have dropped 7lbs... I know this is more than recommended but I think most of this was water weight and I think I will hit my 2-3 lbs a week ..
