I have been in constant yo~yo land for as long as I can remember. I was always the chubby girl in school. Not to mention my family life was a little dysfunctional. I have struggled with food issue's all my life whether I was eating for comfort or starving myself to loose weight. After all three of my pregnancies I never lost the baby fat before the next one came along. I do have a huge problem with my weight and my weight has problems with me. Most the time I find myself fatigued, having sleeping issues, breathing issue's and the list goes on. I just know if I was in better shape (not neccessarilly thin in the sense that I have to weigh a certain #) I would feel so much better. I would also like to feel sexy again in my skin.

My Goals:
Not only do I want to get rid of what I have accumulated the past 9 years after giving birth to my 3 children. I would also like to tone and shape my figuire in the long run. Living a healthier lifestyle for me and my family would be an added bonus. I see my oldest (9yo) looking a lot like me when I was her age. I don't want my children to go through the same things I did growing up. Hoping these changes will effect their futures for the better.

My Program:
I am currently working carefully with my PCP in managing my weight by taking Phentermine for 3 months. I have been journaling my daily food intake since 4-2013 when I began this regime. I have decreased my Calorie intake anywhere from 1200 to 1000 Calories a day. One of my major goals is to eliminate my soda habit and increase my water intake. I am currently adding exercise into my routine since I really have none right now other than every day Mom activities. My Dr recommended the free MyFitness app and it's very user friendly. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I have started drinking more fruit/veggie infused waters and YUMMOH!!! Our fridge will always be stocked with fresh fruits and veggies for all to enjoy.

Personal Information:
I am the poster child of a SHE (Sidetracked Home Executive). I'm a mother of three - two girls, and one boy (who is my middle child). All my children are under the age of 12. I'm currently living in chaos. Working full time as a CNA/HUC and starting the nursing program in the Fall 2013. I'm sure with all the stress in my life it has not helped my eating habits. I am now at a point where the focus is loosing the weight and keeping it off. So far so good.

Other Information:
We have two dog's, two cat's, one finches, and 4 chickens (for eggs only). Guess who takes care of all of them?
