Well, just took a look at my initial profile, and have been thinking about how I have changed since 2006. I am still very much grieving the loss of my Dad and my children. But I am coping better. I am making some very good lifestyle changes and exercise is a regular part of my day. And the size of my pack has changed as well, as I now have 4 dogs and 7 cats. I haven't reached my goals yet. Well, just took a look at my initial profile, and have been thinking about how I have changed since 2006. I am still very much grieving the loss of my Dad and my children. But I am coping better. I am making some very good lifestyle changes and exercise is a regular part of my day. And the size of my pack has changed as well, as I now have 4 dogs and 7 cats. I haven't reached my goals yet. But I feel that they are getting closer, and although I am sometimes disappointed at how little progress I have made with my weight, I am very pleased at the progress I have made in other areas. And although I have not made great strides in my weight, it is going down slowly but surely, and I feel confident that I will achieve those goals soon.
I have decided that I need to get serious about my health. Both physically and emotionally. I am very unhappy with the way I look and want to get back to the weight I had throughout my 20's. I have put on weight while dealing with infertility, miscarriages, the death of my Dad, stillbirth of a daughter, and a failed adoption. Although I am newly single, I am still determined to become a mom and I want to be able to have the energy to be an active mom. I grew up a farm kid. I love all animals, especially dogs. I have 3 of them, and 3 cats as well. I hope to meet people who can help inspire and motivate me, and hopefully I can return the favor!

My Goals:
To reach 125 lbs. Get 8 hours of sleep. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. To exercise 6 days a week.
My Program:
Go to doctor to get help with insomnia, tiredness, and migraines. Try to eat 3 fruits and 3 vegetables every day. Joined Curves and the local YMCA. Walking dogs 2x/day.
