I am the mother of 3 little guys and a wife to my very best friend. I am also a behavior specialist and currently going to school full time! That being said, I have not had a lot of time to spend on my own fact, I have pushed myself back and the food to the front. Why? My excuse has been time, I don't have time to eat healthy! It is easier to eat this way, I have had a looong day, so I will treat myself to a big bowl of ice-cream. The operative word there was EXCUSE! Time to throw the excuses away! Time to commit to eating healthy and getting my family healthy at the same time. All fires start with a spark. My spark is to drink 8 glasses of water each day, exercise 3 days a week, and journal each day! Can't wait to start!

My Goals:
I want to lose 35 lbs, make exercising a regular part of my week, make healthier meals for my family by eating sensibly, and enjoy the benefits of weight loss!

Long Term:

*In one year I want to be preparing most meals at home (something I tend to struggle with), and I want them to be nutritious meals!

*In one year I want to be maintaining my weight loss, be active and healthy, and be the best mom and wife I can be!

Short Term Goals:

*Read the Spark (again) by June 9, 2017
*Lose 5 pounds by June 9, 2017

Fast Break Goals (weekly goals):

*Journal each day

*Drink 8 cups of water a day 7 0ut 0f 7 days a week

*Exercise 3 days a week

My Program:
Following the Spark and allowing each goal I reach to spark another!

*Eat 1200 to 1550 calories at least 6 out of 7 days a week

*Drink 8 cups of water a day 7 0ut 0f 7 days a week

*Take Multivitamin daily

*Exercise 3 days a week

Mother of three amazing little boys and wife of the man of my dreams.

Other Information:
Not only am I working on weight loss goals, but on personal goals to improve as a mother and wife too! I love the spark and that one change can spark many changes!

    I'm doing okay, haven't lost any weight for a few months now, so really need to get my act together! It seemed so easy to start with, and now it just seems like a struggle all the time!

    I've got myself a boyfriend :) I actually met him 5 years ago when we both did training together at Walmart, then I left and we lost contact. He messaged me on facebook and asked if I wanted to go for a drink and catch up, and the rest is history...

    I'm glad to see you back, maybe we can push each other a little.

    Thanks for the compliments, I've been hovering around the same weight for a little while now, but not bad since I haven't been tracking or working out much.

    I really need to get back on track, but sometimes fun times just get in the way lol. xx
