Thailand Nov 2014 - Feeling very uncomfortable in my own skin




This needs to change, very uncomfortable at this weight and I hate pics right now (10/14)




I felt huge here, realized this is what I look like and how everyone else sees me.

I have been working on weight loss for over 30 years. What I need to be working on is Optimal Health!

I don't want this to continue. I do have health struggles, but I know what they are. I am doing all I can to manage them and luckily, I am not on medication like the rest of my family. But...

Being this heavy is not healthy. It is not where I want to be.

I am coming up on my 40th birthday and don't want to be at the weight and BMI I am at. My goal is to lose 100 lbs by then, I am already down about a third of that. I have about 7.5 months to lose about 70 pounds. I know it is possible. About 10 pounds a month is not crazy and I know what I need to do.

I am DONE being on this track, it's time to do something different!

1) To learn and implement consistent healthy eating in my life
2) To change my self-talk to be positive and get back to a healthy self-esteem
3) To help others make positive changes in their life, increasing their health and well-being
4) To help parents understand the value of setting an example of healthy eating
5) To make a difference in the lives of those who have struggled for years with their health and set them up for success so they never have to be put on a restrictive eating plan or diet because of their weight


My Program:
* Clean eating, portion control
* 30 min of exercise every day
* Drink a superfoods shake everyday
* Get at least 6-7 hours of sleep each night
* Meditate
* Keep stress at bay
* Help others
* Keep a positive mindset and attitude of gratitude
* Continue with working on my own personal development

* Love the beach, walking outdoors, hanging out with friends, going to the movies, reading, dancing, Zumba, exercise (yes, I actually like it!) and have a passion for travel.

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs.
