After seeing the pictures of me at my brother's wedding, I was appalled. I know I'm overweight, but the woman in those pictures is F-A-T! I've got to do something now to fix this problem, and I'm starting here.


REMEMBER TO LIVE!!!

February 2009 update: TWO months of success!
Still wearing 14 jeans, but can fit into the 4 new capris I ordered in size 12!
Went from 200 to 195.
Exercised for 886 minutes (End Feb. goal was 2000 year total, and I'm at 2062, including a full week on the couch with the flu, and another week of recovery after that)
Earned my 5% star at WW!
Have been consistent about working out since Dec. (flu exception) and have motivated 2 friends to start working out with me. Even my MIL is walking 2-3 miles a day now!

January 2009 update: One month of success
Switched from size 16 jeans to size 14, and they're loose!
Went from 206 to 200.
Exercised for 1176 minutes (January goal was 1,000 min.)
Have been consistent with working out for 5 full weeks!

Personal Information:
I'm a work at home mom of 2 boys. In addition to mommy duties, I do bookkeeping, drive carpool for 5 kids, and I'm a Creative Memories Scrapbooking consultant.



Other Information:
I love to scrapbook, read, and be outside!
