Introduction Text I am a 50 year old mother of 3--daughter 27, son 26, and youngest son 9. He keeps me hopping! My interests include cooking, crocheting, sewing, gardening, and all things thrifty. We try to follow the Feingold diet for my youngest son, which means we have tried to eliminate all preservatives, artificial dyes, artificial sweeteners, and chemical additives in general. Being on a limited budget can make this a real challenge! Welcome to my page and feel free to follow along!

1. track food every day--no matter what I eat. 2. Minimum of 10 minutes of some sort of exercise every day--but try for 30! 3. Minimize eating out as much as possible

Set small goals. Make gradual changes. Do something different.

I live in west central Ohio, not too far from the Indiana border. I'm married and have 3 kids-2 grown and the last one in third grade.

I love doing crafts and art of almost any kind. We have lots of animals as part of our family-2 dogs and 2 cats plus the strays that find us. I love yoga and walking.
