My Goals:
I want to watch my children grow up and play with my grandchildren someday.I want to look good in a bathing suit for the first time in my life and love my outside as much as I do my inside:)

My Program:
 I am just following sparkspeople advice and guidelines as of now.I don't want to get overwhelmed so I'm focusing on the little changes and learning what foods are sabotaging my body.
