Introduction Text Hello, I'm Sherrie and the proud mom to 8 children. I am currently at about 148. My heavy weight was about 180+ in November 2009. My thin picture is 125 (my ultimate goal weight). I have gone back and forth with this weightloss stuff. Right now, I am more worried about the flabby stuff not the actual weight number. I am walking, dancing and LOVE my Zumba classes!

My ultimate goal is to be the best I can be and feel good about myself. I am hoping to get to a final weight of 125. I think that is a realistic goal. I actually felt my best at 115 but think that is to much to want to lose right now.

I am keeping track of foods eatin in a journal as it makes me take responsibility for it. I am trying to stay away from bad carbs and trying to eat healthy. I am also trying to exercise.
