So a friend asked that I do this, grr! So instead of most people putting all their fabulous photos up, I'm putting up my "bad" ones. Call me a pessimist, it's what I am, it's a full time job baby!

I may as well try to utilize this, so here goes. My highest was 310, and I'm still around there. I will try to eat better (but refuse to give up my queso!) and TRY this whole "activity" thing ...

We'll see how it goes!
That up there? Yeah, that was my old profile from over 2 years ago. I'm still a pessimist, but lately became inspired by a yahoo answer. Someone asked if it was possible to lose 100 pounds in 10 months. To me, that's a bit dramatic, so I'm going to try for a year. Even my doctor gave me the same advice, make your calories a certain percentage carbs, fat and protein. Many of you know I'm not a big meat or seafood person, so this should be fun!

I created a menu mostly consisting of spark recipes. I have 2 muffins for breakfast, a lunch, dinner and incorporate 2 snacks throughout the day. I create a menu at the beginning of the week to ensure I don't stray. So far so good!

My Goals:
Keep with the menu created at the beginning of the week. If you cheat, then make sure you have those knee pads on so you can run back to the wagon!

My Program:
My menu consists of 50% carbs, 25% fat and 25% protein. I eat nuts for fat, tuna for protein and I need no advice for carbs :)
