Hi! My name is Sharon, I'm from a small town in N.E. Arkansas. I am a single mom to a great 6 year old little boy! I am so excited about coming back to sparkpeople! I really believe this could be just the thing I've been needing to get off all this extra weight and get healthy!!

I am almost 30 and I really need to get my butt up and do something to change the way I look and feel!!

I am DONE Being the fat girl! WooHoo! I am ready to begin this journey to a better and healthier me!

I love this little Done Girls Dance!! I borrowed it from another Done Girl's Page!

Time to do the Done Girls Dance!

There are NO particular dance steps or moves...
Keep on reading and you'll see what Done Girls Do!

Get the MP3 player loaded with some jamming tunes...
Turn up the volume as high as you like it (I turn mine up as far as it will go!)

Here is my plan of action:
I will walk 5-7 days a week
I will dance 5-7 days a week
I will do some type of strength training everyday
I will drink at least 12 cups of water everyday
I will stay within my calorie range everyday
I will eat 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies everyday
I will take time to myself as needed, there is no reason to be stressed!
I will remember my motivations to keep me going everyday!
