Introduction Text I am 26 years old and it's time for a reality check. I am currently at least 120lbs overweight and it's time for this chick to smarten up and live a life I have dreamed of. I feel I am deserving of a chance to live a better life. I have been overweight all my life and thats about to change. I signed up to Sparkpeople a while ago and left it at that. I would browse on here the odd time but never made the commitment to change my habbits and lifestyle. Well as the years fly by me the weight keeps a comin' . So from now on it's time to pull the socks up and stick with the group! Good luck everyone!

I have a goal to be able to walk up the only 12 stairs I have in my house without being out of breath. I am currently taking the Dental Assitant course and would love to be able to fit properly in the "Dental Assistant's chair" Right now it's not too comfortable, but all that will change!I would also like to lower my blood pressure and be more active.

I have tried too many diets in the past with out any luck, so this time I am going to be smart and eat conciously. Lots of fruits and vegetables are what this girl has in store...thats for sure! I plan on staying positive and not giving up.

I live in Ontario, Canada with my boyfriend of 6 years(yeah I know it's sad 6 years and still no ring:) We have a three old boxer named Molson(again 6 years and still no kids either:) I decided to go back to school and become a Dental Assstant, my course is finished in July and I cant wait. I am looking forward to figuring this site out and meeting some interesting people along the way. I love weight loss success stories so if you are one I would love to hear from you.

My sister and I recently joined a circuit training gym and I must say I am really enjoying it.
