Introduction Text Hi all, My name is Brenda and I am a 42 yr old divorcee, with 6 children(all of which are grown cept 1). I am in this weightloss game once again, but for a more important reason this time. My youngest is 6 yrs old and I need and want to be able to stay around to see her graduate and marry and so forth and so on. Plus I have health issues that would probably be fixed, if i just lose weight. At least that is what all the doctors tell me. I also want to feel better about myself and be able to do things with her and the grandkids that I already have. All in all, it would just be a great thing for me to get back to the weight that I am used to. Well this was about 7 years ago and I am back at it once again. Quite a few things have changed, but it''s all good. I have lost some weight, but need to lose a little more and so I am here to start this journey back again. Well it is May 26, 2016 and I have returned once again. I will say that I am quite determined to get this weight off me. I have started to drive semi truck and that is a tad bit of an obstacle, but I know it still can be done. I will be working diligently at it and will accept any help at all. I know I asked before and never got back to those that responded, but there were some issues that came about that I had to take care of. Those issues kinda through a wrench in things. But I'm back to regroup and try again.

1) I want to get back to about 165-170. 2) I want to be able to sleep 8 straight hours most nights. 3) I want to change my eating habits, for good. 4) I want to drink more water and stop soda completely.

So far, I have started "The Alli Program", so I look at nutrition labels more now. I have started to use my "Wii" game more often since purchasing "Active by EB Sports". I am also utilizing my YMCA membership that I have been paying for.
