I'm 32 yrs old, always had trouble losing weight but I've always worked out & love to excercise. Just recently had my first baby & lost 25 lbs before getting pregnant - which took me almost a year to lose. Then I gained almost 60 while pregnant & still need to lose 35 to get to my pre- pregnancy weight. I would say my biggest issue is snacking at night. I hardly eat during the day but once I slow down at night I'm always picking.
The first two pics are of me when I first got pregnant , the last one is after baby & I can't stand my pic taken now....YUCK

My Goals:
For now I would just love to see changes in my stomach. After having the c -section in April there hasn't been much change. I gained almost 60lbs while pregnant & I have no idea who's stomach this anymore? I feel like I have a beer gut - it's very unattractive.

My Program:
I was doing the biggest loser cardio max for 12 wks I lost inches (more than 6 inches but didn't measure from the start) I didn't acutally lose weight though because my legs gained so much muscle. Right now I will have to start all over because I went on vacation( although I brought my workout dvds with me & got in 4 workouts) and now I have been sick for 2 wks. Will have to update this once I get started again.

Personal Information:
I'm from Sault ste. Marie , on. now living in Guelph On. I have been with my fiance for 10.5 yrs we have one baby boy, a dog & two cats together. I love walking & am usually up for anything . I've been working out since I was 15 & don't feel right if I don't get my workouts in. I usually work out 6 days a week with dvds, run on the treadmill, eliptical etc. I have a gym in my basement so I have no excuses!!
