It's time for some action! Get up and go go go !!!! That's what my mind keeps saying but I think I need some motivation to get my body to agree to that. Hi there I'm Shannon Amber. Nice to meet you. :) I'm a mother of two and work 30 hrs a week on my feet all day. Just having a hard time to get rid of the last 20 lbs. (Lost 130 lbs so far) I really want to make some friends here, getting tired of having conversations with my 3 yr old!!! LOL

My 2 goals are to build strength ---I think my body is more 'skinny fat' but I would like it to be healthy 'skinny'
and
make friends to give and receive lots of encouragement and positive feedback and loving support :)
My Program:
Not sure yet what I'd like to stick with, I take things day to day. One day might be treadmill, next could be interval training, I've even tried Zumba. But I'll always love yoga!
