    It does become easier over time. It just takes the time and effort. But it's definitely worth it. You can do it. Just do better than you did yesterday. That's all you have to do today.

    I have to force myself out the door almost every time, especially in the beginning. Reality is, if I push my body for 45min or longer, I'm done. I can rest the remainder of the day and not feel guilty. I also love the endorphin rush I get about an hour after my workout. Full of energy, and happiness.

    Eventually it gets easier. But I find if I take one day off, I really have to push the next day. If I take more than one day off, I have to push for more days to get out the door. It's almost like for every day off I take, I struggle for that many days to get back on track and back into a routine of getting out there.

    This go around I'm mixing it up. Trying a few different exercises to see if it helps. So far it is. I'm still training for my upcoming races, but I'm also doing other things to keep me moving on my "rest" days from training.
