Unfortunately, I don't have any health insurance right now. If I get diagnosed before I have insurance to cover it, it become s a pre-existing condition. The Health Care bill phases in the pre-existing condition clause (kids have it), but not soon enough for me. So I have to wait to get diagnosed. In the meantime, I'm researching what I can do on my own.

Great exercise! I try to walk my dog everyday for 30 minutes. I've been doing it for several years now. It's become a habit and I miss it when I don't walk.

I have a 3yo, too. Twin granddaughters! I also have four other grandchildren - all older.

Please check with your doctor to see what's causing your fatigue. It could be anything from ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) to anemia. Also, it's been found that people with fibromyalgia have a vitamin D deficiency and also need extra B-12.

    Hang in there!

I figured that walking would be a great thing -- we walk around 2 mi/hr. It's a very slow pace, but with our daughter's shorter legs and my husband's back issues, it works. I also find that when I walk by myself, trying to walk at the college-level pace of ~4 mph, I am exhausted before I get there. I'm chronically tired and cannot stand for more than 5-10 minutes without getting incredibly fatigued. emoticon
