Introduction Text Well I'm making my spark page. Hope it inspires me and someone else

I want to loose about 25 pounds so I will have more energy. I will eat more servings of veggies each day.I will not snack when I am bored.I will relearn how to cook healthy meals for my whole famiy.

Eat less, Move more. That's all there is.

I live in Eastern Idaho. I am a 30 something pushing 40.  I have been married for 15 years to a wonderful man.  I am a sahm of 4, 1 girl , 3 boys.  I love to cook and especially bake for my family.    I like to scrap and read in my spare time.  I am involved with cub scouts and my boys and we stay busy. 

I am  a boredom eater and love sweets. Chocolate is my downfall but any thing sweet wil do and I will keep eating until it is gone.  I dislike raw veggies and salads. Cook it and I love to eat it, but not raw.
