I hope today is going better for you. I decided it was time to start fresh with my diet program and not allow cheats as too many were creeping into the diet. Travelling makes it much harder to follow the diet as does holidays. I am on a low GI diet, low carbs, low calorie. When the pool is open I swim for my major exercise. It's one hour 7 times per week. I'm returning to my weight work to rebuild the strength.
I was reading your bio and noticed you do medical writing. My husband is a specialist in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia/ and ME. He writes his lectures and research and has always thought about a book on CFS but never finds the time to do it. He has written chapters and forewards in so many other peoples' books so it is really a shame he hasn't written his own.
How did you get started in medical writing?
