I've just started drinking coffee after abstaining for 40 years. (I had to quit when I quit smoking because every time I had a cup I wanted to smoke too.) I'm drinking it now ICED, with lots of cream and at 2 sweeteners now. (Slowly decreasing the sweeteners.) So question, every time I see add hot to raw eggs I think **how can they keep from cooking that egg?** I admit it, I'm not a great cook and insecure with trying new things. Yet I'm doing just that. Your egg milk coffee sounds intriguing. Could you give me any tips before I try it regarding your way of doing things, flavoring, etc. Is it at all possible to ice it after its made?

Thank you Selina for the recipe... after reading your blog, I couldn't wait and did a search.
What I found was a recipe with just 3 egg yolks, a pinch of salt and a tsp of splenda... whirls it up with 18 ounces of coffee and that's it. I added a sprinkling of nutmeg since it reminded me of eggnog... and OMG... so good. Possibly my favorite breakfast now. Different from yours... I think I will try that tomorrow. I like how your recipe doesn't use any artificial sweeteners.
