Why Not?
Why not? Why not have a little bit? Why not try this out? There usually are reasons why not. We decide what reasons we listen to and which ones we follow.
If you are reading this chances are you do not lack motivation even if you think you do. That means you need action. Make a sustainable realistic plan of what you will do (and do not put things on that plan you know you will not do). Set yourself up to succeed. You may almost really hate food. But you have to eat. If you are reading this chances are you do not lack motivation even if you think you do. That means you need action. Make a sustainable realistic plan of what you will do (and do not put things on that plan you know you will not do). Set yourself up to succeed. You may almost really hate food. But you have to eat. If you have been eating 3000 calories a day and suddenly you want everything gone now it will not happen immediately and it will not happen long term when you suddenly start eating 1200 cal/day. Do not starve yourself. Make small changes, and over time you might be able to keep it up. People hate it when I say that, but you are reprogramming. You will be 5 years older or dead anyway, so why not be there in a steady fashion instead of just another yoyo? Same idea if you are underweight.
Be honest with yourself, and be honest with the trackers. Be your healthiest, strongest, happiest, or at least what you are comfortable with and are willing to maintain. This is life, so live it. If you are unhappy make a change. Make a good sustainable change.

Welcome to the SP C Team. You are so right. We need to STOP listening to sabatoging words and attitudes from others. Even if they are well intentioned. In His Grip, Jude
