Thanks for your comment on my blog! As for running, I started using the Couch 2 5K program and now I'm using the Spark 5K Your Way (which I honestly think is easier!) The key is to do as much as you can, and if you have to repeat a session, repeat it. Take it at your own pace!
As for some running tunes I like, it's usually ones with attitude. (I call it girlie hate music, Lol.) My favorites include Pink's "So What", Katy Perry's "Hot N Cold", Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" and Britney Spears "Piece of Me." Anything with a beat and attitude usually gets me running. :)

Well....You're not going to like the sound of this...But, I have accepted the idea that for me I won't always have measurable goals every month. What I CAN measure is how great I feel, how much I KNOW I am contributing to my long term wealth and well being.
You know I run a lot....Something I started a little over 2 years ago. To date I have run 747.49 miles, that's 125:55 hrs, and over 122,000 calories....If you had told me 2 years ago that that is the sort of numbers I would have to put into running to even be where I am at now, I probably would have given up a long time ago. It's almost like each run only gains me a 1/2 inch more distance...BUT it's worth EVERY half inch. You keep going because you have to. Your working out and dieting MIGHT inspire someone else to keep going and that makes it all worth it.
Don't back down cause there are a lot of people on here, me included, that believe in you! 2696 days ago
