    It’s the end of the month. Good-bye April - Welcome May!

    Have you doubted your progress, regretted your choices, or put yourself down during April for not doing enough?
    Remind yourself right now that no matter what it looks like in hindsight, you did ther best you could in each and every moment.

    As we assess our progress, and establish our new goals for May, let us keep this one thought foremost in our mind . . . Remember to encourage yourself, support yourself, and celebrate every little thing about yourself no matter how small because you are just as you should be - right here, right now - or else you wouldn't be where you are.
    Be kind to yourself, accept "what is", and watch what happens in the next 30 days.

    What choices will you make this week that begins this new month?
    Are they measurable? Are they helping you to reach your weekly goals?

    My choices are to make healthy food choices, to exercise at least five days a week, and feed my self and soul with positive inspiration for at least 15 minutes every day.

    Wishing you a month filled with positive thoughts, healthy choices, acceptance of what is, and fulfillment of your deepest desires!
