Hi Sparkbuddies. I'm newly retired and, after decades at a desk job, I'm finally getting myself into shape. Kids grown and married. Time for me. I want this to be the best me I can be -- physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. I've already lost more than 20 pounds, but I still have a long way to go. You might say I'm more than halfway there, but the first 10 pounds were easy. Now it's a real grind. I'm relatively new to Florida, so I could use some workout buddies with similar objectives. Interested in joining forces??

Personal Information:
Born in Baltimore. Spent my teen years in SoCal. Did junior years of high school & college in Europe. Went straight into a NYC corporate job and worked long and hard for 30 years. Had a couple of kids and husbands along the way. Finally I'm retired and doing stuff for me!! LIFE'S GRAND RIGHT NOW. Don't expect it to last forever, but I'm planning to enjoy it while it does.

Other Information:
Love to hike and paddle and ride my bike. Married to an old poop who rarely comes along, so would love to find some fitness buddies in my new Florida digs. Any takers???
