I read ur comment on the Oxygen team and I just want to let you know that you cld try anyone of the workouts for a few weeks, like 3-6 weeks and then switch it up with another one. That is what i am going to do. Then you have new and fresh workouts and routines to keep your muscles and body guessing and your body will never get complacent with the same ole routine and quit working for you! But it looks as if you are doing pretty good, you're almost to goal! Kim 4287 days ago

Just wondering if you could tell me where to find that recipe that you mentioned ? I have the cookbook and pretty much all of the mags. So, if you have it handy, could you let me know ?

Hi Sue Ann ! Thanks for stopping by ! Yes, i am being faced with that wicked belly/back fat and i am just recently making a commitment to get rid of it. I have been able to get though my first 40 years with no nutrition plan/goals. So, now i am in the process of educating myself on proper nutrition and how to manipulate my body composition at midlife. That being said, i would not be a good one to ask for suggestions at this time. I will let you know if i come up with any though b/c we seem to be looking for the sme answers and that's what is so cool about being here. I see that you have made some progress though so, i should be asking you for tips. I see you have been getting some exersice in and have lost some weight. As far as the oatmeal goes, i have been going back & forth about whether i should cut it out. But, have included it lately b/c it is so quick and easy and filling. I get so sick of eggs and really need to do some baked egg mixtures ahead of time ( will be looking for the one that you have mentioned). I eat my oatmeal with ff cottage cheese and 1/2 banana or some chopped apple and cinnamon or a sprinkle of Jay Robb Yammit. Another way is instead of cottage cheese, i use ff greek yogurt and some thawed blueberries. Also, sometimes just mix in 1/2 banana and 1-2 tbsp of Whole Foods fresh ground almond or cashew butter. Yummy ! Now, i am not sure how smart these options are and i am trying to fine tune my cals/carbs/fats/sugars and all that. But, at least i know that this is better than some unhealthy options right ? Keep up the good work girl !!! 4289 days ago

First & foremost, Congratulations on YOUR weight loss!!! You look fantastic & an inspiration!! You are absolutely beautiful!
Thank you for your compliments:) Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of pics of me "before". I hated the way I looked & was usually the one behind the camera.
If you wouldn't mind, voting ends on May 15th. Could you maybe toss a few votes my way?? Thank you:) Roseanne
