I started eating better (healthier), exercising more, and monitoring caloric intake/burnoff on January 1, 2007. I hope to continue until and BEYOND my goals, ultimately achieving and practicing a healthy lifestyle.

My Goals:
I plan to lose weight, achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle with patience, practice and confidence. I plan to become more physically fit, and to stay focused on eating healthier, and to have an overall peaceful mind. I'm doing this to feel better about myself, both physically and emotionally.

My Program:
I am exercising more, and calculating calories, carbs, fats, protein, and weight, daily. Thru SP, I chat with others, and read different articles regarding nutrition, and health. Finally, I often try to include my young children in my exercise sessions. They enjoy it, and THAT keeps me encouraged.

Personal Information:
I'm Reggie, and I can be reached at I'm a full time front desk associate at a local hotel. I enjoy playing with my sons, playing jazz sax/piano, writing poetry, reading, cooking (trained chef), and watching movies.

Other Information:
Concerning SP, I'm positively charged to TRY IT.

I'm appreciative that it isn't just "another DIET."

At this juncture I'm improving my LIFESTYLE-

Success comes from patient dedication- takes a WHILE

My goal is to permanently lose weight- quite a BIT.

I aim to improve my mind-and get more physically FIT.

I will learn to eat right, and exercise MORE-

I'm confident that my motivation will SOAR.

So I wish each of you luck plenty of warm SMILES-

As you embark upon your path of purpose for MILES.

Writing late-night poetry is better than late SNACKS-
