Just wanted to check to see if you are doing okay. You've had a difficult month or so. You are strong, and you have people here to support you if you need an ear, or someone to lean on. 2908 days ago

Hi, I just read about you in a DailyBlog from April 1st, and I wanted to stop by and tell you a few things.
First of all, I'm sorry for the loss of your uncle. I wish you and your family lots of love and calm during this difficult time.
Secondly, I highly recommend reading The Spark. That book will get you completely motivated, which is sounds what you need, pure motivation. You need to really focus on the reasons you want to take on this challenge and make this healthful journey an integral part of your life.
List all the reasons and try to hone in on those reasons that really tug at your heartstrings. Once you figure out which ones they are, hold onto them and do not let go. THAT'S your motivation and THAT'S where your focus needs to be.
Once your mind builds up that determination, there is nothing that can stop you, because your mind controls everything. Find ways to make this journey work. Make it fun and have your little one get in on the exercising with you at home. Make it a fun game. Or, better yet, do your exercising first thing in the morning when your little one is still sleeping. If time is an issue, jump around or job in place for ten minutes each evening while watching TV. Be creative!
