    Definitely agree that the calories burned is overestimating. I wouldn't have any clue on its own, but when I see how much they say kickboxing burns (for example) in relation to what they say for spinning, I know it's off. Kickboxing isn't easy, but it's not nearly as hard to me as a spin class is!

    I'm staying at my WW points target this week using lots of packaged stuff, so it's ROUGH! I know when I have time to cook for myself this weekend, my calorie total will be higher since I'll have more fruits & veggies in the mix. I'll have to log one of those days here for comparison as well.

    Hey thanks for the info, I didn't know how the whole fat burning thing worked. I much prefer workouts at a higher intensity. The monitor has my ''moderate intensity'' zone as between 70-80% max heartrate, but I feel like a little higher is better, and I think it might be too low. I am going to recalibrate it before my next workout.
