Hello everyone! My name is Donna and I'm from Virginia. I'm a christian and love the Lord with all my heart. I lost my mom in February 2015 and have had a hard time dealing with it. I gained weight because of the stress of being her caregiver and also the grief from losing her. I am now on the road to a heathier me! Come on along and join me!!

 Choose healthier options when buying groceries and eating out.
Smaller portions
Find exercises I can do that won't increase my pain
Loose weight so I won't be in as much pain
