Life's a Ride so Hop on!


I am now 49 and love riding my motorcycles. I am the Jr. Past, Worthy Matron at my Eastern Star Chapter . I joined Spark Pages to meet others that have the same goals, hobbies and interests and hopefully to stay on track to lose this weight and get into better shape. I have 2 grown boys, the oldest 28 works here at our shop and the youngest 23 is in the Air Force. My husband and I have been married for over 31 years and love doing things together especially riding our bikes. I do have 3 ...

I do have 3 bikes of my own my sportster "Ole Betsy or now I call her my "Phat Gyrl" since we changed her up; my fatboy "Chromy" which is purple and lots of chrome; and last my roadking "Queeny" which is such a great ride and she's purple also! Can you tell I love Purple?

Personal Information:
My name is Sarah, but my family and a few close friends know be by Sassy. I'll answer to either! I live in Houston, TX. I am married with 2 grown boys. I love to ride my motorcycle with my husband, sons and friends. When I'm not riding, I'm working. I am the owner of my own Travel Agency(home based) and specialize in cruises and packages. I also help my husband with his mechanic shop business. I am also the caregiver for my Mom who now lives next door to me in our second house which makes it more convenient for me to look after her.

Other Information:
 My favorite movie is Wild Hogs. I have never laughed so hard at a movie in my life! I recommend it to everyone just for the laughter. I love to laugh which is supposed to be good for you.

    Yippee Skippee on the loss. You rock! My bp was 128/86 and I was happy with that. I'm having a bone scan this afternoon, since I'm 50. My thyroid medicine is being lowered, which is good and everything else went well. Thanks for the prayers and good thoughts.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend! Looking at your page as motivated me to get the bike out of the garage! It's been a couple of weeks since I've taken it out! My children are both military well my daughter has been out for a couple of years but Army runs through her veins. My son is in his 9th year in the AF.

    Well, God bless your boy, too. I just want to tell you that I love the pic of you on your "Queeny." Lookin' good! And is this the first trip your son has taken overseas? Bobby hasn't had to do that yet. He works on the airplanes and right now he does the air shows. He's going all over the U.S. doing them and he really likes it. He's the announcer. He's trying to get his bachelor's degree for what he does mechanically. And raise twin girls! I miss them alot. It's hard being stuck here in Ohio and they are in Arizona (Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson). But he's happy there and I get to see my grandgirls on the webcam all the time. It makes it a little easier because I only get to see them twice a year!
