My Goals:

I want to build a healthy relationship with my body.
I want to build a healthy relationship with food.
I want to reduce pain and increase mobility.
I want to have more energy to care for my family.

I want to dance and swim and hike and do yoga and go backpacking and climb trees and splash around in tide pools and hang out with sharks and whales and ride my bike and learn t'ai chi and explore and play and most of all, oh more than anything else, I want to finally move through the world in comfort and safety and ease.



My Program:

I try to greet each day with mindfulness, compassion, an open mind, and a loving, joyful heart.

Meditate for 10 minutes or more each day.
Move for 10 minutes or more each day.
Stretch for 5 minutes or more each day.
Eat a fruit or veggie with every meal.
Actively engage with SP each day.
Journal each day.

I love exploring faraway places via virtual walks. I'm still taking baby steps, currently using the routes provided by worldwalking.org.

Dresden, Krakow, Chester, Venice, Florence, Boston, Copenhagen, Liverpool, Amsterdam, Madrid, Budapest, St. Petersburg, Ottawa, Barcelona, Brussels, Chicago, Stockholm, Canberra, Seville, Stratford Upon Avon, Moscow, Rome, Sharjah, Prague, and Grenoble.
