Saskman's Turnaround
I'm Mike, 27. I used to be very active when I was younger. But once I got to college, my focus shifted from health to study. That habit continued once I graduated. I worked as an operator for just about 4 years, then jumped around for 2 years till I got the desk job I'm at now.
I have never been a healthy eater until this past fall. Now I'm trying to eat well and stay away from the foods that are not good for me..
I am gravitating towards a Primal diet. But still hate ...
