    I always say released, because I find things, a lot of things, always!!!! No kidding! Fun reading, emoticon
    emoticon 5-24-18 Yesterday was a stellar day for me! A 10! It was a 'normal' day. Putting away veggies & making my own green drink, in 8 servings, then freeze & drink, of course. I had energy all day! Works for me! emoticon Spending time with DH, catching up with work, uploading photos from my AMAZING trip to see my Mom, etc. It was just perfect! I also tried SP Nicoles, seated core workout, still being gentle & healing my knee, (I went upstairs last Saturday & thought it was all healed, but, nope). I FELT great!!!!!

    Blueberries, strawberries, bananas, organic greens= tons, pumpkin, non fat Greek yogurt, "Naked" Green drink, Trader Joes green powder, soy protein, almond milk, & any veggies that will chop up. Different amounts of everything, every time. emoticon
