I'm a single mum of three, and a full-time nursing student. I've been overweight for years, but have felt fairly fit and healthy. I eat a plant-based diet and love veggies, but I also really love deep fried potato dishes (don't forget the salt). After feeling very run down recently, and unable to shake off a three month cold, I've decided to try and eat at least 2 super healthy meals per day to try and boost my immune system and stop me from feeling so sluggish. I've been here before and have inevitably failed. So this time I'm going to let myself have 'bad days' of eating whatever it is I'm craving on the weekend, and eat as healthy as I can during the week. I would also like to lose 60kg!! But I'm not going to worry about that for now. I have a 10 kg weight loss goal to start with, but I'm going to stay focused on the good food and a bit of gentle exercise.

Just started, still working out a program. At the moment, I'm trying to do cardio everyday (love bike riding in this great weaher!) and trying to eat healthier meals.
