I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. Don't know how I got this overweight, this tired; it seems as if it happened overnight but I know it didn't. I am ready to change my lifestyle. I volunteer with children and cannot keep up. I want to play. I want to be able to get off the floor. I want to just keep up. My goal is not to look good in a swim suit but to get healthy and learn more about myself in the process. Looking forward to finding new exercises and getting more involved in hiking.

Fitness Minutes: 828

My Goals:
I always thought once you have a goal it stick with it. I am since discovered that my goals change because I do to. I'm not a quitter so getting to my goal weight is not easy but I'm not giving up either. It's just taking me longer and I'm finally ok with it. No time line, no dead line, just me...learning. So I have discovered that mini goals work best for me.

1.) And for this week I want to be aware of what I eat and not just munch on anything and for this week I want to make sure I have something for breakfast.

2.) Exercise 30 mins every other day.

3.) Weigh 199.

4.) Get into a size 16.

5.) Look in the mirror and like what I see regardless of what the scale says.

My Program:
Is being ok with my mistakes. So I don't succeed one day or one week - that's ok. I still get up and go forth.

Personal Information:
Living and loving life at the beach in Gulf Shores, AL. Have a great job and 2 great doggies! Live your song out loud!

Other Information:
I love God more than anything and live my life for Him. And knowing that He has so much more for me than this shell I am in is keeping me focused.
