Hi! Name is Sara and I'm 24! I am 5'8 and am really overweight! I have alot of weight to lose. I have been on Spark since 2007 off and on and did lose weight but gained it all back plus some. I fell off the band wagon and just didn't care anymore. Now I am back and feeling good about this. I only have 1 body and I need to take care of it. Working as a Nursing Assistant in a hospital really makes you think about things. I don't want to live my life unhealthy anymore!

I started back up on Dec 28th, 2009. Weighing in at 205lbs!!! My first mini goal was to lose 5lbs by Jan 4th,2010. I Definately met that goal!! 1-5-10 196.8!!!!!!! I did awesome my first week and had a few bad choices through the week as well. I will continue to make small weight loss goals every week. Since I had such a big loss the first week I doubt I will lose that much the 2nd. So here are my goals.

Starting weight 205
1-5-10 200~ goal met lost 8.2 lbs 196.8
1-12-10 191 did not meet 196.2 lost .6lbs
since I did not meet 191 I will lower my goals.
1-19-10 194
1-26-10 ~ Day before foot surgery I will be down for atleast 2 wks so I am very nervous about how my weight loss will go.
2-2-10 185lb

Seeing the previous update makes me really mad at can I let myself go like I's sad to know that I gained over 20lbs in less then a!!! I am 220lbs and that is sooooooo not good!!

My weight has QUICKLY climbed up to 221lbs not cool....I can't believe I have let myself go this much!! BUT that was two weeks ago from today 01/18/11! I am going to update every two weeks on my weight loss journey..that is my goal for this month! I haven't stayed consistent with tracking it and I have failed with this weight loss journey ONE tooo many times!!

Ok So I have been M.I.A for the past few months and I have been trying to stay on track and have. My weight has fluctuated by 5 lbs or so but I quickly lose it again. As of today I am still at 203.6lbs. I Have measured my waist and hips and I have definately lost inches. I took a look at my measurements report and from last year about this time, I lost a few inches in my waist and hips!! :) I am glad that I post these updates, it gives me something to look at and compare! So today is May 16th and I am starting this week strong and hoping to GOD that I am under the 200's this week...if he loves me it will happen LOL! I will see 199...or less on that scale this week!!!!! Wish me luck! :P

So still haven't seen 199...but I am 201.6 today 6/6/11! So maybe it will happen this wk/month!!! It is taking so long but I must admit...I havent been giving my all and I know I should. I guess I keep thinking the weight will just fall off of me without too much effort...better get that out of my head now! Anyway's happy to see the number on the scale going down!!

July 31st. 199.8lbs! Have been bouncing between 199.6-201 for the past two wks. I am starting to feel a little better and people at work are commenting on my weight loss. To date I have lost 21.2 lbs! Although I should be happy about that I really am not. I haven't been trying as hard as I should be and I am only exercising 1x w/k other then walking while at work (some days can be ALOT). I realize what it takes to kick the fat and lose weight but why can't I just do it or stay motivated. There are alot of things that I am unhappy with about myself right now..I can't seem to stay focused on anything! I have to kick them lazy attitude of mine and get sh*t done!

To be a healthy 135lbs and feel comfortable in my own skin! I want to believe that I LOOK good!! I want my Husband to look at me and say DAMN!!!! HE does now but I don't believe it when he says it!! I want to inspire people in anyway possible! To be a size 6-8 jean!! To be healthy so we can start a family. To love life and enjoy it!

My Program:
Eating 3 meals a day
Lots of Fruit
No eating after 7-8pm.
No fastfood
NO junkfood
Smile more!
I need to up my exercise..Right now I am barely getting anything in.

Personal Information:
I married my Husband on Sept 12th 2009! I live in Indy. I have 2 dogs a Pittbull....yes be scared lol...and Boxer! They are my babies right now! I am going to go to school to get my RN. I work in all depts in the Hospital but work in OB/GYN Labor and Delivery the most I love watching new life come into this world. It's unbelieveable! I love helping new moms with their new baby!
