Introduction Text Hi My name is Linda I am 48 yrs and always have been wieght cautious . as I got older I gained weight as soon as iIgot confortable where I was at I then Igained more I finally said said NOPE! This will not continue. I was always 110 lbs I do not want that but I would like to go back to 120lbs I joined a gym and would like to have an exercise buddy it would make it easier . I do 20 minutes on a cross country machine burn 150-180 calories Then do a 30 minute regiment mix of machines and cardio and scrunchs and there are a couple of leg machines I do .

My goal is to loose 20lbs by the end of October

I try to eat lite but at night it is hard I am a bordom eatter , I exercise everyday I use machine as well as cardio

I will travel anywhere and will proform Gay wedding ,renewals baptism s and of course good old fashion weddings, I like to keplt bussy I get bored easily . I enjoy meeting people . and hope to meet good people here. I sound like an advertisment did nt mean too . Its My kids are grown and I have alot of time on my hands , .

Like I said I try to keep busy so I crochet hats and scarfs, Blankets ,baby blanket sets , and I like to make personal tee shirts . I charge $15 thats for mailing and shirt I then Donate $5 to the Sappony Tribal center in Nc .this is my american Indian tribe .I do not make anything really If you figure it out. All I need is a picture or what you want on the tee color and size.
