Alrighty.... where to begin....

I'm a 51 year old single mom/gramma who is tired of feeling:
uncomfortable in anything but yoga pants n a hoodie, and too big/out of shape/unhealthy to do things I used to do.

I've also realized that the older I get, the worse I've become at reaching goals and sticking to things, seeing them to completion. In light of this, I've decided I will use tools and support groups more, in the hopes that between the encouragement and the sense of accountability they provide, I will be better at this and achieve my goals.

I've also realized that I'm easily overwhelmed by life and work, which tends to derail my progress and get me off track as far as good habits that require I make time to achieve goals, so I need help staying focused.

I'm looking forward to achieving my goals and hope that this time, I succeed.

My goals are:
- to be more active
- get in better physical shape
- increase my overall stamina.

My Program:
I don't have a program other than to set a goal each day and achieve it. I figure if I do it often enough, it will become habit and I will achieve success.

Personal Information:
I'm 51, with grown kids, grandkids, and a busy life. I work as a bartender, which I love, and spend my spare time with either a good book or good friends.

Other Information:
I love to read and I read anything I get my hands on. I also love crafts, sewing, sunshine, and fresh air. Beyond that, get to know me and you'll learn more :)
