-To track my Nutrition everyday.
-To stay within WW Points everyday & every week.
-To do some type of exercise everyday.


My Program:
 -Track Nutrition everyday.
-Keep within WW Points everyday & every week.
-To do some type of exercise every day.
-To participate in some of the SparkTeams everyday or every week....whatever makes sense.


Personal Information:
-I am a mother of three nice kids who are in high school and college.
-I have a nice husband.
-I have two dogs. One of the dogs is old and lazy and the other is young and super energetic.

Other Information:
 -I like to take walks with my younger dog and explore different paths around the neighborhood.
-I like art and architecture and I enjoy seeing how everyone decorates their homes and/or front yards differently.

    8. What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

    9. Your answers lie within you. The answers to life’s questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.
