Have I ever been to OEA?, no. But more and more each day, I can't help but admit, a food addict is exactly what I am. It seems the more conscience I am I should cut down on food consumption, suddenly, I just can't eat enough! What's with that?!?!
Anyways, I'm happy to say, I head about SPARKPEOPLE on THE DOCTORS tv program, and thought this just might be exactly what I have been looking for to assist me in getting a GRIP ! ~lol~
I tried MYEVERYDAYHEALTH, but so far, this web sight seems to go several steps further. It appears to be more than just simply logging in food and exercise. I have, like I'm sure so many of you have .. TRIED EVERYTHING, shy of surgery. Which personally, I don't' feel is an option for me. However, I do think that it's a wonderful idea for many. ~s~ Alrighty then, I am ready to dive in!..for the last bloody time. This does not mean, if I trip and fall, I will quit. It simply means, this is my last stop on the road to ever seeking homeostasis! .. Even if I have to scape my knee a few times to reach the light at the end of the tunnel.
The determination is there, I can still see the light! ..~lol~
God help me, if it ever goes out.
I'm looking forward to taking this journey with the rest of you.
I see there is an option to post 3 pictures of myself. HHmmmm although I would have NEVER done this in the past, I think this is a good way to stare down the demons. Accountability, if you will...~lol~
Yes!, of course I'm NOT going to show my face. However, the way I filled out my goals, SPARKPEOPLE tells me it's going to take about a year to attain. So, the next 2 pictures will be at six month intervals.

And I'm going to be thrilled with every 5 pounds I lose along the way...

This is one time when looking at the SMALL picture is a better way of thinking!.. ;)

    Thank you for your comment on my blog....isn't it funny how we can have the same story as someone else! I feel like I keep making the same mistakes over and over again....I guess as long as I keep on trying it is better than giving up and sitting on the couch eating....something is better than nothing!!
