    Look one blog back and the ingreds/recipes for the Oats n Berries burrito is THERE! its so delish..hope you like! :)

    I do drop sets..for all muscle groups..my weight training routine is hard to pass along because it varies DAILY..but a typical drop set would include about 3-4 sets...!!!!

    I suggest you buy some home weights...hand weights so that you can feel comfy doing ST-ing on your own..and not with the "heavy lifters" if that makes you uneasy! Buy a kettlebell...and you can do TONS Of youtube vids..I love lauren brooks. She is a kettlebell goddess! emoticon

    I would change your focus at the gym to ...a 10 min warm up..then 30-40 mins of ST-ing and finish with 20 mins of cardio!

    YOU HAVE TO LIFT TO CHANGE YOUR BODY. there is NO way around it!
    I have written out a plan for myself..a weekly plan..where each week I change it up...to focus on different body parts etc...its on my sunday blog for this week!
